Our approach is centered around Motivation Based Interviewing (MBI), a globally recognized method that goes beyond traditional hiring practices. We create customized MBI interview questionnaires to ensure that the candidates we identify are not only qualified but also motivated to succeed in your specific role.
Our comprehensive interview process begins with screening interviews and meet-and-greets, where we narrow down the candidate pool to the top 2-3 individuals who best fit your needs. From there, we collaborate with you in the formal interview process, often leading the sessions to ensure consistency and thorough evaluation.
Once the ideal candidate is selected, we assist in the final steps of the process, including drafting contracts, negotiating salaries, and conducting thorough reference checks. But our commitment doesn’t end there. We offer retention meetings a few weeks after a new hire joins your organization, providing an opportunity to gather feedback on their experience and support their successful integration.
